While Juelz Santana may be behind bars, it doesn’t mean that he isn’t putting in work. The wordsmith returns to the interwebs with some new music, unleashing a brand new single in the process. Today the lyricist drops off “23 & 1” produced by none other than Scram Jones. The track finds Juelz giving us a barrage of his lyrical talents, doing so over quite a backdrop.
The single is pushed by these hard-hitting, energetic drum sections, which are seamlessly meshed with some slick melodic elements. The track also includes a message from Meek Mill. Juelz takes to the track and provides a lyrical look at life behind bars. He also touches on being away from his friends and family. Juelz is currently serving 27 months for a gun charge and is expected to be released this summer.
