Modern Power | Ferrari’s 488 Challenge Evo

If you are anything like us, you have a need for speed. We like anything that goes fast, and Ferrari knows a few things about speed. Three years after unleashing the initial 488 Challenge, Ferrari is back with a new updated and upgraded version. Today we get our first look at Ferrari’s 488 Challenge Evo. This beautiful, fast, and futuristic machine was recently unveiled during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali. The new iteration was crafted to “maximize the synergy between aerodynamics and vehicle dynamics.”

The vehicle is host to a number of body additions such as lengthened grille intakes, splitter, bumper re-proportioning, and more. These new elements result in 50% more downforce. This is also Ferrari’s first design to offer an option to modify the front downforce independently of the rear. The ride is also outfitted with re-tooled brakes, an FXX-K Evo-inspired steering wheel, and more. Other features include selectable anti-lock brakes, a fine-tuned electronic differential, and more. While this ride is a track-only design and nowhere near street legal, it’s still available to customers. However, if you already own a 488 Challenge, the upgrades will be available as a kit very soon.

Check out Ferrari’s 488 Challenge Evo in the images below and head over to Ferrari to find out more immediately. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more speed, more new cars and vehicles of all sorts coming soon.
