The one and only, Reese LAFLARE, is back with something brand new. Today the wordsmith invades the interwebs with a brand new single and a corresponding video called “Hol’ Up.” The single arrives ahead of his new project Final Fantasy, which is set to arrive on November 8th. Reese brings his a-game and serves up something we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on. The track, as well as the impending album, alludes to Reese’s favorite video games, as well as his childhood and early adolescence.
The video comes to life with an eye-catching clip that takes cues from both the film Kill Bill and the music video “N 2 Gether Now” by Limp Bizkit and Method Man. Reese showcases his lyrical prowess and delivery, doing so while bringing the track with something eye-catching and intriguing. The video is fun and energetic, while Reese LAFLARE shows off is delivery and smooth talents behind the mic. The result is something contagious and infectious. This is certainly not the one to sleep on.
