After closing out 2021 with a new single entitled “The Best Part of Life,” the Brooklyn-bred artist SAINt JHN is back with something new for 2022. Today he’s returned with a new single for our listening pleasures entitled “For The Squadron.” The track finds SAINt JHN hitting us with his unique and infectious approach, serving up something vocal and melodic.
Driven by a laid-back instrumental, the track is full of crisp, clean, rattling drum sections paired flawlessly with a cool, smooth melodic element. The combination provides the artist with a nice home for his mellow delivery, though he shows off his range and lyrical prowess in the process. While there is no word on if he’s working on a new project, we’re hopeful for a follow-up to 2020s While the World Was Burning.
