Off-White™ is back at it yet again. Today the imprint is back in the news with another stellar collaboration. This time around, Off-White™ has joined forces with heritage British shoemaker Church’s for something stylish. The two have joined forces to reimagine the Burwood silhouette. The collaborative shoe was personally designed by the late Virgil Abloh and made its debut at the label’s “Spaceship Earth: an Imaginary Experience” show at Paris Fashion Week.
The design blends the two brands’ differing identities creating something new, fresh, and classic. The shoe is a classic full brogue Oxford, complete with distinctive dovetail details throughout. The design has been given a twist, naturally, using black brushed calfskin. The shoes also feature the words “Special Events” screen-printed in white on each shoe’s lateral side, finished off by Off-White™’s signature hangtag. The silhouette marks the first collaboration between the two brands.
