The creative minds over at PUMA have been on a roll. Over the past few months, they have unveiled a bevy of new collaborations, and today we get a look at another one. This time around, the Australian skate label Butter Goods has revamped an iconic silhouette from the late ‘90s and early 2000s.
Today we get our first look at the label’s corduroy PUMA Basket VTG. The Basket BTG is an icon, originally crafted with traditional smooth leather for the upper. This time around, Butter Goods has reimagined the lifestyle model with an upper that is crafted from corduroy. The form stripes on the lateral and medial sides feature a contrast thanks to the soft gray suede.
Minimal branding is seen on the tongues thanks to a black and white PUMA logo, while a “Butter” spell out in green and white is also seen. The sole unit arrives in all white, while a white graphic tee that features a vintage PUMA cat above the Butter Goods logo finishes the collaboration off.
The new collaborative collection is set to arrive on June 24th via PUMA.com, so be on the lookout. Check out the collection in the images and keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more style and streetwear coming soon.
