The ATL’s very own, Waka Flocka is back! It’s been a minute, but today the wordsmith is back with a brand new mixtape for our listening enjoyment. This time around Waka unleashes ‘Salute Me Or Shoot Me 7.’ The project arrives nearly a year to the day after the sixth iteration, and Waka delivers something impressive.
The seventh installment finds the MC unleashing a barrage of new material, hitting us with his uncanny and unadulterated style in the process. The mixtape is hosted by DJ Big Tiny and Trap-a-Holics. The project includes eleven tracks and finds Waka holding things down on his own, no features. Along the way he provides a bevy of standouts. Some of our favorites include “Fight,” “Gotta Pay,” “Frank Muller,” and “Trap Hard.” Other notable tracks include “Switchin Lanes” and “Steve Aoki.”
