New York City’s very own, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is back. The wordsmith took the interwebs by surprise this past Friday and unleashed a brand new album entitled ‘Artist 2.0.’ The Bronx-bred MC delivers a star-studded project that arrives four years after his debut mixtape, ‘Artist.’ ‘Artist 2.0’ finds the MC showing off his talents behind the mic yet again, while also serving as the executive producer alongside Quincy “QP” Acheampong, and Sambou “Bubba” Camara.
The MC weaves together his wordplay and uncanny delivery over the course of twenty new tracks. Along the way, he provides a bevy of new material while getting a few lyrical friends to assist him along the way. A Boogie links up with the likes of Young Thug, Roddy Ricch, and DaBaby. Even Gunna, Summer Walker, and Khalid make an appearance as well. This one is certainly not the one to sleep on. Some of our favorite standouts include “Reply” featuring Lil Uzi Vert, “Stain” with DaBaby, “Right Back,” “Mood Swings,” and the Khalid-assisted “Another Day Gone.”
