Known for their iconic streetwear-inspired designs, Champion is back. The legendary imprint has partnered with actor and global influencer Luka Sabbat for something special. The two have paired up for the brand’s 100th-anniversary celebration. This includes dropping a limited-edition capsule collection designed by Luka Sabbat. The new range was inspired by Luka’s experience visiting the youth in Art Start’s ‘Emerging Artists’ program. The designs celebrate what it means to be a team and those who thrive on collaboration.
Forming part of the year-long Champion 100th Anniversary campaign, Luka and Champion have partnered with non-profit organization Art Start to create an exclusive collection of Champion apparel. The range benefits the organization with a charitable donation of $25K from Champion. Luka champions education in creative arts, which has formed the foundation of the project. Together with Champion, Luka mentored standout youth from Art Start’s ‘Emerging Artists’ program and inspired by their stories, created a design that will be sold in the Champion New York and Los Angeles stores. The collection features classic Champion staples. We see iconic Reverse Weave hoodies, which have been detailed with a personalized quote crafted by Luka, “Imagination comes easy to the individual, but the creativity to make it happen takes teamwork.”
The collection will be available exclusively to shop at Champion’s New York store starting on November 13 and the Los Angeles Champion store starting on November.14.
