It’s been over a year since we’ve heard any new material from August Alsina. However, that all changes today. The New Orleans singer/songwriter is back with a brand new single for our listening enjoyment. This time around, he serves up a contagious new effort called “Shake The World.” The track is August’s first music release since last year’s “Entanglement,” featuring Rick Ross.
The track finds Mr. Alsina hitting us with a dose of his range and vocal talents, doing so over top of a rather contagious instrumental. The singer does his thing and does it well, aiming at his critics and naysayers with confidence. August always delivers something impressive, and he certainly doesn’t fall short on this one. The track is his first solo release since his 2020 album, The Product III: State of Emergency. No word on if August has a new project in the works, but we hope to hear more from the artist soon.
