Dreamville’s very own, Bas is back. The wordsmith has been pretty busy so far in 2019. After his impressive showing on the Gold-certified ‘Revenge of the Dreamers III,’ Bas is back with a new EP of his own. The project is called ‘Spilled Milk Vol. 1,’ the first installment of a new “mini” series.
The new EP was described as merely a “collection of collaborations I’ve been working on.” While loaded with just four songs, it makes up for its lack of song numbers with some outstanding new material. The project is led by “Fried Rice” featuring JID, though elsewhere boasts contributions from EarthGang, Ari Lennox, B. Lewis, FALCONS and Kid Dominant.
Bas does his thing throughout, showing off his range, his depth, and his growth. He effortlessly provides a solid dose of new material and cooks up an impressive array of his lyrical prowess. Bas never disappoints, and he certainly doesn’t start on this one. No matter what you have in the plans today, be sure to Bas and ‘Spilled Milk Vol. 1’ are a part of it.
