The one and only, the amazingly talented, Billie Eilish returns. It’s safe to say that Ms. Eilish is living out her fantasies these days, even linking up with Justin Bieber for a remix of one of her standout singles. Billie Eilish has long admired the pop star, and recently the two came together to cook up a remix to her infectiously irresistible single, “Bad Guy.”
The remix was teased by Bieber himself via Twitter, while both artists have since taken to Instagram to formally unveil the news. Eilish took to her IG page to share a picture of her when she was young standing in a room surrounded by Bieber’s posters. The caption reads, “OMGFFFFGGG ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE MAN.” The remix finds the duo sharing that brooding, bouncing instrumental from the original, each one bringing a dose of their incredible and undeniable abilities. Bieber brings the bad boy side of the track to life as he speaks about gold teeth, icy wrists, and tattoos. The original version of “Bad Guy” can be found on Billie’s debut studio album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO?, which made impact in March.
The track is certainly one I wouldn’t suggest sleeping on, especially if you were rocking with the original. Though we’re sure to hear much more of this one throughout the Summer.
