The west coast native, Casey Veggies is back. The wordsmith has had a busy Summer, dropping off a new album, some new visuals, and linking up with a few other talented artists. We’ve been hearing more and more from Mr. Veggies as of late, and he returns with another new single. This one is called “Murda” and finds Casey linking up with long time collaborator, Rockie Fresh.
The track arrives after serving up his new opus, ‘Organic,’ as well as the video for “The Ceiling” and more. He even linked up with LNDN DRGS on “Town Bidness,” one of many standouts from the new ‘AFFILIATED’ project. The track arrives The duo bring their a-game, reconnecting over top of an infectious instrumental that we can’t seem to pull away from.
“Murda” is driven by these smooth, yet snappy drum sections which are paired seamlessly with some slick melodic elements. The combination provides the duo with a solid home to do their thing. Each one brings their a-game, serving up another impressive dose of their lyrical prowess in the process.
