The one and only, Consequence is back! It’s never a bad day when we get some new music from Cons, and that’s exactly what he delivers today. After joining Kanye West on his ‘Sunday Service’ stop recently, Consequence invades the interwebs with something new for our listening enjoyment. This time around Cons serves up a smoothed out new cut called “Complex Con.” He links up with Conway on the track, as both lyricists bring their a-game.
“Complex Con” is driven by these incredibly smooth horn section, soulful and infectious, while paired with some slick drum work. The laid back, cool percussion provides Cons and Conway to showcase their respective abilities. Consequence leads things with a dose of his undeniable flow and silky delivery before passing things off. Conway takes to the instrumental and gives us his gritty style.
The backdrop is a perfect one for the fellas to excel upon and they take turns effortlessly putting together an impressive showcase. This man always delivers a dose of his lyrical prowess, and he doesn’t let us down on this one. The track arrives ahead of Consequence’s impending project, Make Up For Lost Time, which we hope arrives sooner than later. While we patiently await that, check out this, “Complex Con.”
