2019 has been quite a busy year for Curren$y. This man has already unleashed a barrage of new material this year, and he’s back with some more. After dropping off, the singles “Eyes Closed” and “Right Now,” Curren$y returns with a brand new project. After collaborations with Wiz Khalifa, Statik Selektah, LNDN DRGS and Berner, he’s back with a new collaborative project.
He’s linked up with Nard & B for a smooth new effort entitled ‘Hot August Nights.’ It’s the dog days of Summer, and Curren$y pays home with an impressive new EP. The project comes loaded up with all new material, boasting seven tracks in total. Curren$y hits us with his uncanny and unadulterated wordplay, serving up some of his laid back bars and effortless appeal.
The seven-track EP is a great showcase of both his lyrical abilities and the production talents of Nard & B. Along the way, they cook up standouts like “Caught Her Lookin,” “Another Score,” “Right Now,” and “Never Had.” Curren$y does his thing and does it well yet again.
