The one and only, the talented, the timeless, and always impressive, Curren$y is back. He’s been a busy man as of late, serving up a slew of new material recently. After dropping off a barrage of new singles and a new EP, he returns yet again. The wordsmith just dropped off his latest project, ‘Hot August Nights,’ and now he’s back with a brand new video.
The MC serves the visuals for the standout single, “Never Had.” The track was produced by Nard and B, who produced the entirety of ‘Hot August Nights.’ The video was directed by DexStr7dope and finds the southern representative kicking it backstage. While he shows off his lyrical talents, a heavily tattooed lady shows of her dance moves throughout. The clip fits flawlessly with the track, offering a cinematic aesthetic that we can’t seem to get enough of.
