DJ Khaled and Drake are back at it again, but something’s different. Back in July, the two shared a pair of collaborations entitled “Greece” and “Popstar.” Today they are back, this time around unleashing a brand new video for the single “Popstar.”
This isn’t your average Drake video, though either was his last drop. This time around, Drake is replaced in the visuals by none other than Justin Bieber. The clip finds the “Popstar” singing along the track word for word.
The video starts with Drake getting a message from Khaled, who has been calling, texting, and more, begging him to shoot the video. After a montage of clips from Khaled, Drake shows his frustration. Drizzy says that Khaled is always looking for “another one,” going on and on about how much he’s done for Khaled in the process. He speaks on the fact that he can’t leave the country, and then he calls in a favor.
The video then finds Justin Bieber taking over the titular role. He does his best Drake impression throughout, living a lavish life in the process. The video fits the track’s vibe flawlessly, and who better than the world’s biggest “Popstar” to help bring the track to life.
