This remote island has a population of just 20, though its hoping to boost the number by offering those who relocate a home, a parcel of land for farming or business, and monthly subsidization.
The island itself is motivation enough. This beautiful island is just a ferry ride from Crete, situated in the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea. The island also features a number of archaeological sites as well as the Antikythera Mechanism, the world’s first analog computer.
