The good folks over at Novitec are known for taking some of the baddest cars on the planet and making them even better. After putting their touches on a Tesla Model 3, Novitec is back with their latest foray into speed and design. Today we get our first look at Novitec’s sports package for the Ferrari 488 Pista. The Ferrari 488 Pista is widely considered to be one of the best cars to come from Ferrari. Novitec decided to update and upgrade the ride with a number of new components.
The ride comes outfitted with Novitec’s N-Tronic ECU and freer-flowing stainless steel exhaust. This provides a jump in horsepower from 710 to 802, offering a stunning sound as well. The twin-turbo V8 didn’t need a lot of assistance, but Novitec decided to ramp up the power regardless. The ride is also host to a slew of wind tunnel-developed carbon fiber body pieces. These components aid in aerodynamics, with a front blade spoiler that reduces lift and side skirts that improve the underbody tray’s downforce.
The ride was also outfitted with lighter 21-inch front and 22-inch rear Novitec wheels, while a hydraulic suspension system lowers the car by over an inch. Just when you thought the Pista couldn’t get any better, Novitec gets ahold of one.
