Recently French Montana announced a new album is on the horizon. The wordsmith is gearing up to drop off ‘Montana’ on November 9th. But before it arrives French is back with something new. Today the wordsmith serves up a new single, and video, entitled “Writing On The Wall”. The track finds French linking up with Cardi B and Post Malone as they cook up something quite contagious, to say the least.
The single is just the latest from Mr. Montana, who has been quite busy all Summer. The track comes after a string of guest-heavy releases, including “No Stylist,” with Drake, “Slide” with Blueface, “Wiggle It” with City Girls, and “Suicide Doors” with Gunna. “Writing On The Wall” is the latest from French’s impending album, and he certainly doesn’t disappoint. The track is pushed by this catchy, hard hitting instrumental, which provides the trio with something special to do their thing.
Driven by these smooth melodic elements and some cool, fresh, energetic drum work, the instrumental provides a contagious backdrop and the artists involved bring their a-game in the process. The track is just the latest from the South Bronx-native, who delivers something special yet again.
