We stay on the hunt for new music, new artists, and new things to share with you. Over the past year or so Guapdad 4000 has made quite the name for himself. He’s shown his range and lyrical prowess on new mixtapes, a bevy of features and more. For those of you who might not be familiar with Guapdad 4000, now would be a great time to do so.
The rising star MC is back, returning after landing multiple placements on Revenge of the Dreamers III. This time around the west coast native, Oakland-bred Guapdad 4000 is back. The wordsmith unleashes a brand new track for our listening enjoyment entitled “First Things First.” The new single finds the wordsmith pairing up with G-Eazy and Reo Cragun, all of whom bring their a-game along the way. “First Things First” is just the latest from Guapdad. The track follows his Mozzy-assisted single “Scammin.”
Guapdad, G-Eazy, and Reo bring their a-game and serve up a fitting set of visuals to correspond to the track. Driven by some energetic, contagious drum work, the track is also host to some unique, addictive melodic elements that provide a nice home for the fellas to do their thing.
While it’s just the latest from Guapdad, there is no word on if he’s working on a new album. We certainly hope so, and we’ll keep you up to date along the way.
