Red Hearse – ‘Red Hearse’

If you haven’t gotten familiar with Red Hearse, now would be a great time to do so. Red Hearse is a contemporary pop outfit. A trio of exceptional artists comprised of singer-songwriter Jack Antonoff, TDE-affiliated producer Sounwave, and songwriter Sam Dew. While each member has made a name for himself working across a wide range of genres, the fellas have come together for something unique.

After serving up four of the most contagious singles of 2019 thus far, Red Hearse is back. The collective has unleashed their self-titled album ‘Red Hearse.’ The new album comes loaded up with eight new tracks, including the four previously released tracks. Along the way, the trio showcases their respective talents while putting together something fun and refreshing.

The project is a collection of distinctive sounds of each member’s hometown, New Jersey, Chicago, and Compton. From smooth synth-pop vibes to soulful melodies and incredibly catchy rhythms, the project offers something for everyone. The album includes standouts such as “Born to Bleed,” “Violence,” and “Blessin’ Me.” Other standouts include the title track, as well as “Honey” and “Half Love,” though our favorite is the silky smooth single “Everybody Wants You.” The trio cooks up something impressive and infectious, offering a twenty-six-minute ride of smooth sounds and addictive vibes.

Whatever you do today, don’t sleep on this one. Check out the new album, ‘Red Hearse’ in the stream below and keep it locked for much more new music coming soon. Be sure to check out the latest installment of our weekly playlist, ‘A Curation of Sound.’
