Two things we love to eat the most, ice cream and fried chicken. Not together, of course, but who doesn’t love both? Well, today, that combination comes together (but not really) thanks to the creative minds over at Life Raft Treats. Life Raft Treats by celebrated pastry chef, Chef Cynthia Wong has started offering fried chicken that is actually not what it seems to be. This is not a joke!
Dubbed the “Not Fried Chicken” Ice Cream Bars, these sweet treats come in 9-Piece and 10-Piece buckets. Each piece replicates fried chicken inside and out, crafted using high-quality locally-farmed dairy, eggs, and other ingredients. The drumstick shape is made with waffle ice cream coated with white chocolate and crushed corn flakes. The center features a chocolate-covered cookie “bone.”
The result is a frozen, crispy, crunchy treat that is both sweet and salty. The ice cream bars offer a unique texture and provide a perfect after-dinner snack. Priced at $99 and $149 USD, the “Not Fried Chicken” treats are now available in 9-Piece and 10-Piece buckets on GoldBelly.
