When it comes to unique, legendary, and intriguing timepieces, MB&F is known for crafting the best. Today they are back with a unique timepiece that is sure to add something exceptional to any collection. Described as “the craziest, most cinematic three-axis tourbillon ever,” the Legacy Machine Thunderdome timepiece is worth your time and attention. The timepiece is a showcase of creativity and attention to detail. The watch features three-axis’ revolving at different speeds and on different planes.
They revolve at a record-breaking pace of 8 seconds for the innermost structure, 12 for the middle cage, and 20 for the outer cage. This equates to the world’s fastest triple-axis regulating system. The watch features a blue dial plate which accents the bulging inner workings of the timepiece. This makes for something quite unique, a combination of form and function with a futuristic aesthetic. The timepiece is crafted in platinum 950 with a light-blue guilloché dial. Only 33 examples will be created with a price tag of around $280,000. While it’s certainly out of our range, it’s worth checking out.
