For the second time, Swatch returns with a new collaborative collection with the good folks over at BAPE. The legendary watchmaker recently announced the collaboration as they are gearing up to drop a trio of watch designs. The collaborative efforts go hand-in-hand. BAPE provides their unconventional flair, which pairs nicely with Swatch’s creative watchmaking talents.
The timepieces are inspired by individualism, confidence, and making yourself heard, celebrating those that share a similar drive to push limits and express themselves. The campaign focuses on inspirational storytelling from around the world. It includes a number of global influencers, including Sherlina Nym, Masa, a fashion designer from Tokyo, Brawks, a professional gamer from Paris, and more. The campaign also includes AJ, a TV presenter living in London, Chad, a BMXer from California, and Carmie, a YouTuber living in London. The interviews are set to drop individually on Swatch Instagram, while the Swatch x BAPE collection will be released on August 1st.
