A Celebration of Craft | ASICS Reveals The “Craftsmanship Pack”

The good folks over at ASICS are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the GEL-LYTE III. They continue the celebration today with the “Craftsmanship Pack.” This eye-catching new iteration takes on a neutral-toned aesthetic, adding flawlessly to the sporty silhouette. The “Ivory/Wood Crepe” colorway is inspired by the Japanese term “Monozukuri.” The term means “making things, to produce or to manufacture,” as explained by the brand.

The new colorway was created with the art of craftsmanship as a focus. This is seen in the same quality details of the blue edition. The upper features a combination of mesh and suede paneling. This quality and durable mix of materials lend itself to a stylish aesthetic. The sneakers also include variations in tone on the side stripe logo and heel cuff. The white midsole and gum rubber outsole are a nice contrast, finished off with a bold red “Hanko”-stamped emblem on the heel.

Take a closer look at this eye-catching new colorway in the images below and look for them on April 17 at ASICS’ website. Keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more style and sneaker selections coming soon.
