The incredibly talented collective known as BROCKHAMPTON is back. After nearly a year without dropping any new tunes, and rumors that the band had broken up, they’re back at it! Today the crew returns, invading the interwebs with a brand new single while putting the rumors to rest that the boy band had actually blown up. BROCKHAMPTON returns, following up Kevin Abstract’s solo effort, taking things over with an impressive new cut called “I Been Born Again.”
The track finds the crew again showing off their uncanny and undeniable style, providing something smooth and contagious yet again. The track, “I Been Born Again” finds the talented squad putting together a barrage of their respective talents, bringing the single to life with a unique video that showcases their individual personalities and their abilities behind the mic.
“I Been Born Again” is driven by some menacing drum sections, deep and heavy while paired with these smooth piano-driven melodies. The combination provides something impressive and catchy for the fellas to do their thing. The video is a dizzying, fitting black and white clip that finds the group taking their talents to the streets.
The track serves as the group’s first new offering since 2018’s “Bankroll,” and it’s certainly one we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on. No word yet on where this new single will live, but we’re hoping that this means a new project from the fellas is on the way.
