Detailed Designs! LEGO Technic Reveals Porsche Design 911 RSR Model

It’s all about the details when it comes to LEGO Technic’s latest model. The toymaker has partnered with Porsche Design for a model of the 911 RSR. The design is a giant leap from the 1974 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 model revealed last year. This exceptional model features 1580-pieces and aims to capture the aesthetic and appearance of the vehicle. The design comes with similar sharp contours and aerodynamics as the actual car while boasting a number of details to showcase the engine.

The model even includes independent suspension and a six-cylinder boxer engine, which is host to moving pistons. The radar screen, working steering, and fire extinguisher system are seen in the cockpit, while the body is draped in red, black, and white. The ride also boasts a map of the Laguna Seca circuit on the driver door. Other details include black spoked rims, head and taillights, side mirrors, an extended rear diffuser, and a rear wing.

LEGO Technic’s 1,580-piece Porsche Design 911 RSR can be yours. It is currently available on LEGO’s website and will set you back about $150 USD. Take a closer look at the detailed model in the images and keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more unique designs coming soon.
