Digital Erosion! The Daniel Arsham x Six N. Five NFT Collection

The one and only, Daniel Arsham, is back. The artist invades the interwebs and has unveiled his first NFT collection. The new collection was created in collaboration with design studio Six N. Five. The time-based digital artwork features works from Arsham’s recent exhibition at Galerie Perrotin, eroding in animated clips.

The sculptures are seen set against a Japanese-inspired landscape that depicts the changing seasons. The sculptures decay over the course of a year. Once the twelve-month cycle is complete, it will reform and repeat the pattern forever. The collection will include ten pieces that operate on different time frames, with one edition changing over the course of a millennium.

Entitled Eroding and Reforming Bust of Rome (One Year), the NFT is available now and can be found on Nifty Gateway. Take a closer look in the short video below and keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more NFTs and more art news coming soon.
