Ready or not, the 4th of July is right around the corner. If you are looking for a great way to add to the celebration, we’ve got a drink recipe worth your time and attention. The good folks over at CÎROC know good drinks, and they return with some festive Red, White, and Blue cocktails to toast with. The recipes made with a variety of CÎROC flavors are a great way to enjoy the smooth taste of CÎROC with a simple twist on summer classics. First up is the Kickback Colada.
This creative, sweet blend is made from CÎROC Coconut, jalapeno, watermelon, and lime juice. Garnish that with a watermelon wedge in a rocks glass and enjoy. The recipe is simple and enjoyable. It’s certainly one we’ll be enjoying over the next few days.

Kickback Colada
Ingredients:
•1.5 oz. CÎROC™ Coconut
•3 oz. Watermelon Juice
•1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
•1 oz. Simple Syrup
•1 slice of Jalapeño
Garnish: Watermelon wedge
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Method:
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
