As Homeboy Sandman preps the release of his impending album, Dusty, he continues to drop off new material. Today the wordsmith is back with another one, pairing up with a duo of talented artist. The Sandman links up with two talented MC’s for a smooth new single titled “Lookout.” Sandman links up with Your Old Droog and Quelle Chris, which was produced by Mono En Stereo. The track is the latest from Homeboy Sandman, who is prepping the release of his Mello Music debut.
The track finds the fellas showcasing their respective lyrical abilities over top of quite the instrumental. Each lyricist brings their own delivery and depth to the track, cooking up another contagious single in the process. The track is driven by some smooth melodic elements and some slick, energetic drum sections. Homeboy Sandman spoke about the track and opened up about his hopes for fans in the future. He stated: “In hopefully hundreds, but probably thousands of years when humanity gets its head on straight, they’ll look back at this joint and know that at least three of us weren’t a complete waste of time.”
