We’re all a bit anxious and ready to start a new year. 2020 has brought upon challenges none of us could possibly see coming, but we adapted. Well, 2021 is around the corner, and #OurOcala is ready for the new year, as are the folks at Ocala’s Marion Theater.
It’s not only a new year, but it also means we get a fresh selection of films to see at the iconic downtown theater. January 2021 is going to be an exceptional month at the Marion Theater, filled with famous films, comedies, movies based on true stories, and even some great animated choices for the little ones.
January At The Marion Theater!
The Marion Theater will kick off 2021 with a trio of classics, including Dirty Dancing, Step Brothers, and Scarface, all playing on New Year’s Day. The rest of the month features an array of great films such as Goodfellas, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Road To Perdition, and more. We can also expect to see Snatch, Office Space, Boondock Saints, and more.
On the lighter side of things, the theater will also feature Old School, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby and Anchor Man: The Legend of Ron Burgundy. The theater will also include family-friendly films such as Shrek, Toy Story, The Lego Movie, The Princess Bride, and others. With a lineup like that, we’re even more excited to put 2020 behind us.
