Retooled & Revamped | The PSG x Nike Air Jordan 6

Back in 2018, the Jordan paired up with the French football team Paris Saint-Germain for a special collaboration. The partnership continues as Nike has unveiled a second collection which debuted at Paris Fashion Week. Much like the first collection, the range includes a variety of co-branded apparel and a range of footwear, which consists of the long-rumored PSG x Nike Air Jordan 6. Today we take a closer look at this incredible collaboration, an assortment of eye-catching footwear and apparel fitting for any wardrobe.

The range includes the iconic Air Jordan 6, alongside an Air Jordan 1 Low and versions of the new Jordan Mars 270 and Jordan React Havoc. In terms of apparel, the two have connected for several tops, sweaters, jackets, and bottoms, all of which feature bold branding and graphics influenced by the AJ6. Jordan Brand VP of design David Creech stated: “There’s a phrase ‘Paname’ on some of the product. That’s what the Parisian youth refer to as ‘the city on the edges of the city.’ They told us that the energy and the youth culture is found at the edges of the city.” He added, “We asked them about their favorite Jordan, and they said the 6. It was the graphic on the outsole, but also the “Infrared” — it’s a bit bolder and more declarative. That is what resonated with them.”

The new collection was slated to start dropping in late Jun, with the Air Jordan 6 st to arrive in July. Take a closer look at the collaborative range in the images and head over to find out more from the Jordan Brand immediately.
