After taking their talents to the NFL gridiron earlier this year, BAPE is invading sports yet again. This time around they are taking to the tennis court, pairing up with Wilson Sporting Goods for a special capsule collection. The two have created the streetwear stalwarts first tennis capsule collection, offering unique style for your game. The collaborative capsule is comprised of a Wilson racket, 3-ball can, T-shirt, visor, cap, and sweatbands.
The ultra-spec, high-end ULTRA CV100 racket is a model representative of the sports brand. The racket keeps its authentic and original design, though detailed with a special “BAPE ABC Camo Green” pattern. The racket also boasts a headcover in “BAPE Solid Camo” collaborative graphics. The Wilson tennis balls boast the Ape Head logo and come in a package exclusively designed by BAPE. Throughout we find apparel and accessories such as a T-shirt, two headwear options, and sweatbands. The white co-branded T-shirt features an Ape Head covered in a print similar to tennis racket strings.
The visor and cap come in a black colorway with a red-stitched Ape Head and Wilson branding. BAPE’s recognizable camouflage print is found on the underside of the brim. The BAPE x Wilson collection will be available to purchase on August 31 on BAPE’s website and at all in-store locations. Don’t miss out!
