Rather than fences and other human-made barriers, the lots are defined by the land’s natural creeks and ravines.
LANG Architecture has designed modern timber-frame cabins, complimenting the natural scenery with some stunning architecture on display. Houses are situated among the mature oaks and pines, boasting foundations of stilts for a low impact approach. These barn-inspired homes feature wood cladding that resembles traditional agrarian buildings. The interiors offer a modern aesthetic with light-washed spaces and a combination of natural finishes and contemporary fixtures. Each dwelling also includes expansive views as well as direct access to the lake and forests.
