The creative minds at Kahn Design are known for their craftsmanship, as much as they are for their custom creations. Their latest custom is nothing short of exquisite.
The prolific designer, Afzal Kahn has put a new take on the Land Rover Defender Flying Huntsman II SUV, taking a legend and adding his own custom approach full of unique details. This eye-catching Land Rover Defender Flying Huntsman II SUV started as a Defender 90. The wheelbase was stretched eight inches ahead of the A-pillar, changing the stance of the ride altogether. The ride was outfitted with a new front end which pays tribute to the Mk II, which leads into boxy fender flares that are open-ended. The rear fender flares continue the lines from the front, affording enough space for the Heritage steel wheels and larger Cooper offroad tires.
The customization didn’t stop on the exterior. Inside the ride is draped in custom-stitched leather all the way up to the soft top. The machined gearshift and transfer case levers and pedals add to the utilitarian aesthetic, boldly blending classic style and modern mechanics.
