The one and only, Jacquees, is back. After making some waves earlier this year by claiming he is the “king of R&B,” the crooner is back to try to prove it. The Southern crooner has been doing his thing for a few years now, and he returns with a brand new album. This time around, Jacquees serves up the aptly titled, ‘King Of R&B.’ The project finds the artist showing off his vocal prowess yet again, doing so with a barrage of new material. Originally titled Round II, Que delayed that album’s original July 2019 release to rework the album.
Only half of the original project survived the cut, while Jacquees provides a smooth dose of his undeniable abilities. Along the way, Que unleashes a barrage of new material, including fourteen brand new tracks. ‘King of R&B’ is led by the single, “Verify,” while loaded up with a number of other outstanding tracks along the way. Que does his thing and does it well, linking up with a bevy of impressive features as well. The project includes features from the likes of T.I., TK Kravitz, FYB, Tory Lanez, BLUFF CITY, Quavo, Young Thug, and Gunna. Some of our favorites from the project including “Round II,” “Come Get Me,” “Warning,” “All You Need,” and “Never Say Goodbye.”
