The Northeastern part of the island has a rising cliff with an 80ft peak, providing the most unencumbered ocean view one could ever ask for. Water resources on the island have been autonomously supporting grazing animals, so freshwater isn’t an issue. While it may seem a bit too remote, transportation isn’t totally unreasonable. The closest airport is in the city of Castro in the Los Lagos district. One could be in Santiago within a couple of hours.
