Simple Spaces | Haus.me Prefab Houses

Modern architecture and contemporary design are all the rage these days. We’ve seen the stylish and sleek, we’ve seen the smart and self-sufficient. While captivating and lavish, many of the big and beautiful dwellings we’ve seen are not exactly eco-friendly. Today we get a look at something that brings all of those elements together in a prefab design. Known as Haus.me, the off-grid dwelling comes ready to go, boasting water tanks, solar panels, and autonomous waste disposal; nothing extra needed.

The structure features a patented window system and 3D-printed insulated walls that minimize its energy consumption. These elements work together to allow solar power to be the sole energy source. The interior is preloaded with every smart feature one could desire, including Nest cameras and thermostats, Apple TVs, and internet connection. This makes for completely autonomous living, offering a true turnkey design in the process. It even comes furnished with everything from a kitchen and furniture to wine glasses, coming in three models. Delivery is expected to start on February 2020.

In the meantime, head over to Haus.Me to find out more about the designs immediately. Keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more modern architecture prefab designs coming soon.
