Unique Luxury | Las Golondrinas House

As if you couldn’t tell by now, we love modern architecture. Today we get a look at a unique example, a retirement home in Mexico’s Valle de Bravo dubbed  Las Golondrinas House. The structure is a smooth, minimal dwelling that provides a unique disconnect from a life of hard work for the owners. The resident sits on top of a sloping plot, overlooking some beautifully lush surroundings. The design features three volumes that are clad in a matte black Corev Mooth. This unique exterior helps fad the facade into the forest landscape.

Each unit of Las Golondrinas House houses its own function. One is host to the bedrooms while living spaces are in another. The final unit contains the kitchen. In contrast to its unique exterior, the interior includes pale walls and natural wood. These elements create an airy aesthetic throughout while expansive glazing frames views of the exceptional scenery. A sloping roof creates a sheltered terrace that connects the three volumes and connects the interior with the natural surroundings.

The covered space also expands to a poolside patio, perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. Take a look at this beautiful modern structure in the images below and find out more about Las Golondrinas House from PPAA. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more examples of modern architecture coming very soon.
