We all dream of our perfect home, and many of us know exactly what we want. For us, it’s all about privacy, luxury, and ample space to kick back and relax. Sitting high above the Pacific Ocean, the Matanzas House is a beautiful modern coastal vacation home located in Chile.
The home is a lovely contemporary structure that boasts unique attention to detail and luxurious accommodations throughout. The structure features a central core and four wings which are arranged on a circular travertine base.
The main living area is central to the design, while rectangular extensions stretch out in each direction. These wings create a series of exterior courtyards, while open doorways connect each section to the center. This forms one continuous interior, which seamlessly opens to the exterior thanks to a bevy of sliding glass doors. The interior offers enough space for entertaining or relaxing, providing plenty of privacy if desired. Each room opens to outdoor terraces, transforming the entire home into an open-air pavilion with unrivaled views of the sea and the surrounding area.
