Charlie Roberts Reveals ‘Hammer Work’ Sculpture

Art is a creative form of expression that extends into all facets of life. The Oslo-based American artist Charlie Roberts is known for his uncanny approach to painting, stacking different scenes and subjects for alternate views. The artist is back, working with the team at Case Studyo on a new bronze sculptural edition. The new series features the dog muse that has reappeared throughout his career.

Dubbed ‘Hammer Work,’ the design features a set of characters cast from carved Norwegian chunks of wood. Each of the eight sculptures is hand-painted by the artist, who adds custom outfits and personal traits for a unique look. ‘Hammer Work’ measures 18.9 x 10.6 x 5.5 inches and was crafted as an edition of eight plus four artist proofs. Each piece is signed and numbered by the artist.

Take a closer look at this eye-catching new sculpture series in the images and head over to Case Studyo to find out more. Expand your collection. Pick up one for yourself and keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more art drops and art news coming very soon.
