Future Forms | Mazda RX-10 Vision Longtail Concept

For Mazda fans, a mid-engine, rotary-powered supercar is a dream come true. Today we get a look at exactly that, the  Mazda RX-10 Vision Longtail Concept. This stunning machine is a concept rendered by Maximilian Schneider. This beautiful machine features Mazda’s styling language while drawing inspiration from the legendary 787B race car.

The ride features a long, low, and wide design, incorporating Mazda themes throughout. These design cues are seen in the grille shape, and the sharp LED outlines. The vehicle features taillights that run the entire width of the car, while round markers at the outside make a nice touch. A triangular glass panel with a vertical third brake light showcases the motor. The designer envisioned a hybrid 2.3 liter turbocharged ICE coupled to two electric motors at the front wheels. This powerful combination provides a combined 1,030 horsepower and a top speed of 265 MPH.

While just a concept, it’s nice to think about what the  Mazda RX-10 Vision Longtail would drive like. Take a closer look at this stunning machine in the images below and find out more about the concept from Maximilian Schneider. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more new rides, concept cars, and classics coming soon.
