The brand with the three stripes is back at it again, offering up another outstanding new exclusive collaboration. These days, exclusive sneakers and limited-edition collaborations are the norm. The sneaker retailer size? returns with another new collaboration with adidas Originals, pairing for a unique iteration of the Ozweego. These arrive fresh after the release of a colorful version of the Marathon TR.
The chunky Ozweego silhouette comes in an eye-catching new colorway that was inspired by the settings of Oregon’s Lake Oswego. The sneaker comes rocking a maroon shade along the upper, inspired by the Western Red Cedar trees that are found across Clackamas County; the home of Lake Oswego. The maroon is contrasted by an earthy gum tone seen draped on the earthy gum tone. The silhouette is further detailed by touches of “Aqua Blue” on the tongue and lining, referencing the lake itself. A geometric pattern is seen on the Three Stripes branding, which is inspired by cave paintings, stonework, and fabrics that pay tribute to the indigenous peoples from the area.
