The dwelling boasts a Travertine facade that flawlessly integrates the home into the site’s breakwater boulders. This rugged stone material was chosen as it will hold up to the area’s harsh climate. The home boasts sustainably-harvested teak screens that add warmth and privacy. The screens also complement the exterior in the process. When closed, they offer shelter from the intense winds and summer sun.
The interior of the home is quite stunning as well. The home boasts an atrium-style courtyard leading to a main living area. The ocean can be seen throughout the home. However, nowhere better than the main living area. The home’s contemporary approach is seen throughout with a minimalistic yet luxurious approach.
