Art & Craft! Daniel Arsham Unveils “Crystal Relic 004” Controller Sculpture

New year, new art. After dropping off a selection of NFTs, Daniel Arsham is back at it again. Kicking off 2022, the artist returns to preview his latest launch, a sculpture piece entitled “Crystal Relic 004.” The piece takes the form of a Playstation controller and follows Arsham’s design for Gunna’s new album ‘DS4ever.’

The latest creation joins his series of “Crystal Relic” transparent sculptures, which launched back in March of last year. “Crystal Relic 004” follows the “Crystal Relic 001” hat, “Crystal Relic 002” Game Boy, and “Crystal Relic 003” camera. Similar to his other pieces, the life-size transparent controller is crafted from cast resin molded from the original proportions. The sculpture measures 55mm high, 95mm wide, and weighs 295 grams, arriving with gloves and a holographic label to certify the authenticity.
