Functional Sound | IKEA & Sonos’ SYMFONISK Speakers Release Next Month

For the past several month’s tech fans have been clambering for more information on the collaboration between IKEA and Sonos. After teasing us with closer looks, videos, images and more, IKEA and Sonos are finally gearing up to unveil their collaborative SYMFONISK speakers to the masses.  The collection is sure to elevate your living space, seamlessly blending contemporary design with timeless function along the way.

The SYMFONISK design will combine furniture and technology, providing sound systems designed to flawlessly blend in with existing home goods. The SYMFONISK collection includes a table lamp and bookshelf, both items being compatible with Sonos’ products and the brand’s namesake app. Each piece features a minimal aesthetic with a stylish nod, which lets the design fit within any room and setting.

The SYMFONISK collection also boasts a minimalistic approach keeping cords to a minimum for a de-cluttered environment. The range arrives in black and white, keeping in line with a neutral theme. IKEA is set to roll out both products starting on August 1 at its U.S.-based stores and on IKEA-USA.com.
