Today we get a look at a stunning home known as the Hill House, a stunning contemporary home designed by Luigi Rosselli Architects. This new home is located in Sydney, Australia, situated on a steep site with views of the harbor. The house boasts a lightening shaped zinc roof, while the garage is found below a green roof. The cobbled entry courtyard is surrounded by three sandstone walls that come together t the front door.
The front door features a brass woven ribbon mesh exterior, with a unique handle designed by Blake Letnic. The interior of the multi-level home features stunning stairs that flow to the various floors. Upstairs the landing leads to the bedrooms, while downstairs the stair widens, leading to the living areas. The dining room is detailed with walnut wall paneling that adds warmth, while travertine flooring is seen throughout. The living area includes an extra-wide fireplace mantle, while the private areas of the home are found upstairs. This is where a covered balcony is located, providing unrivaled views of Sydney Harbour.
The ground level features sandstone arches, lined timber ceiling boards, and travertine flooring. The home also features a garden and a pool, providing ample room to kick back and relax.
