The Modern Life | Guest House 3.0 by YOD Design Lab

Situated in a quaint village in Ukraine called Sosnivka is a stunning example of rustic modern architecture. Dubbed Guest House 3.0, this beautiful example of contemporary architecture was conceptualized and brought to life by YOD DesignLab. This structure is a minimalist retreat in Verholy Relax Park, allowing visitors to kick back and relax among nature.

The structures stand on a screw base that elevates them about one meter above the ground. This keeps the impact low on the environment, providing a unique and eye-catching appeal. The guest houses are covered with heat-treated plates constructed from solid alder, fitting in flawlessly with the natural surroundings. Inside we find the floors tiled and integrated with water heating while the walls are made from veneered oak plywood. Both the terrace and the ceilings are both constructed from larch plates, and finishing things off are natural materials and color gamma to complement the surroundings and the simplistic furniture.

Beautiful and unique, Guest House 3.0 is a retreat like none other, modern, welcoming, and impressive. Take a closer look at Guest House 3.0 in the images and head over to YOD Design Lab to find out more. In the meantime, keep it locked for more new, unique and eye-catching architecture coming soon.
