The Modern Life! The Fusato House

As you can probably tell, we at The Culture Curators are fascinated by unique design. From art to architecture, style, tech, and more, design plays a significant role while adding personality and functionality to everything. Today we get a look at a brilliantly designed home known simply as the  Fusato House. The home is located on the island of Okinawa in Japan, seamlessly blending work and leisure for its occupants.

The structure is minimal, cast from concrete while consisting of a family home and a workshop housed below a single roof. The dwelling’s monolithic facade is contrasted by a warm, welcoming interior. The wood-lined house features walls of glazing that open the main living space to a massive terrace that overlooks the sea. The structure is designed with a flexible layout and multi-functional spaces that support future expansion. Modern in design, minimal in aesthetic, and functional in approach, the Fusato House is simply stunning.

Take a closer look at this beautiful contemporary design in the images and find out more about the design from Studio Cochi Architects. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more outstanding examples of modern architecture coming very soon.
